Иван-чай можно заваривать многими способами, для своего Копорыча мы рекомендуем следующие:
1 способ
Примерно 5г чая (как на фото) положить в чайник и залить 0.5л кипятка
Подождать пока чай заварится. Время заварки 5-10 минут.
Чай готов к употреблению. Дальше можно наслаждаться ароматным чаем.
При желании чай можно доливать до 3х раз. Однако необходимо помнить, что листья Иван-чая должны быть всегда покрыты водой. В противном случае начнется процесс окисления листа, и могут появиться неприятные металлический привкус и запах.
2 способ
Примерно 5 гр чая залить 0.5 л теплой воды (30-40 градусов) и настаивать 10 часов. В результате получается очень полезный и ароматный напиток, хорошо утоляющий жажду.
